The moment you sit down in our pedicure chair, your technician brings you a complimentary beverage — coffee, tea, water, or a soft drink. While your warm foot soak fills, you'll pick out your polish color from our wall of options.

Once your feet are soaking, your technician starts with toenail care: trimming, filing, and shaping based on what you prefer. Cuticles are gently pushed back and softened — never cut. If your tier includes callus treatment, that's the next step — dead skin is carefully buffed away to reveal soft, smooth heels and balls of feet.

Then comes the part most clients look forward to: the foot and leg massage. Depending on your tier, you'll get anywhere from 5 minutes (Classic) to 12+ minutes (24K Gold) of massage with hot stones, hydrating cream, or specialty oils. Longer tiers also include a shoulder massage while your feet relax in hot towels.

Polish application comes last — regular polish, gel polish, or whatever finish you've chosen. Then you're free to relax in the chair until your nails are fully set. Skip the open-toed shoes for an hour or two right after your appointment if you got regular polish — gel polish cures in seconds under our LED lamp, but regular polish needs time to fully set. Flip-flops are fine after that window.
